AddressDuties:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics dashboards, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Perform statistical analysis and create data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Visio, and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in SQL for database design and querying
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating tasks in Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
