An opportunity to work with a leading housing provider based in the West Midlands, working with the asset management team.
Coordinate all asset data to data standards and ensure asset database systems are up to date.
Receive, retrieve and validate asset data from a variety of internal and external resources.
Audit data and identify gaps with a goal of having fully complete data sets
Ensure data management and change control protocols are followed and revised where necessary, maintaining the security and integrity of information held on the asset database
Manage energy efficiency data in order to produce Energy Performance Certificate information
To review and update cost data schedules and component life cycles within the asset database
Assist in the production of periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as ad-hoc statistical analysis and reports
Ideally you will have experience of asset software, Microsoft packages and experience within the social housing sector.
