Hyde is looking to recruit a Data Analyst (Customer Insights). Internally you will be known as our Lead Customer Researcher.

As a Data Analyst (Customer Insights), you will be working within the Strategy and Transformation department to oversee and manage the customer research activities within Hyde, providing valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviours.
Responsibilities:
- Gather useful insights from market research and operational data.
- Develop surveys for quantitative research.
- Lead and supervise customer segmentation and profiling projects.
- Collaborate with Customer Involvement colleagues to conduct insightful focus group analyses.
- Solve complex problems using statistical techniques to create models for informed decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external agencies for efficient and effective quantitative customer research solutions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer research or insights role.
- Research expertise, strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical techniques.
- Ability to manage and prioritize research projects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
