As a Customer Data Analyst, you would sit in the data/data science team and work closely with their customer and operations team looking at various journey, product and service-related issues.
Key requirements:
- Good stakeholder management
- Experience with a wide range of data analytical tasks (e.g. gathering requirements, data cleaning and validation, ad-hoc analyses, dashboard/report creation, visualisation, KPI monitoring, etc.)
- Experience working with customer data
- Strong SQL skills
