Salary- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Mon-Fri
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Analyst to join a great client of mine in Croydon. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and structuring energy-related data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Enter and organise energy-related data within our database or software systems.
- Set up automated data connections as required.
- Liaise with energy suppliers to gather client data.
- Regularly review data for completeness and accuracy.
- Validate data to ensure precision and thoroughness.
- Analyse energy and carbon trends, communicating findings effectively.
- Generate reports and summaries on energy/carbon data as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain data integrity and facilitate information flow.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with both team members and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is advantageous.
