I am working with a local housing partnership who is looking for someone to join the damp and mould team. You will be responsible for Inputting data onto google sheets and NEC and keeping tenants and contractors updated, while ensuring inboxes are managed and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the efficient running of compliance and Health and Safety contracts, projects and programmes with particular attention to maintaining and updating contract records, financial information and compliance data.
Issue compliance and health and safety related purchase orders, variations, instructions and other contractual documents and assist in investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified in contractor claims, projections and other financial records.
Administer the recording and reporting of accidents, incidents and near miss reports.
Provide administrative support to the Compliance, Health & Safety Manager in the exercise of his/her duties.
