Data and Exams Administrator - Part Time

We are looking for a competent and efficient administrator to work within the Data and Examinations Department.

The Data with Exams support role is based on an average of 12.5 hours per week on an annualised contract of 500 hours per academic year- 40 weeks including 1 week to be worked during the school summer holidays to support Examination result days. During Normal periods (30 weeks per year) 2 days a week. Peak exam periods (10 weeks per year) 2.5 days per week. The post is well suited to a highly organised administrator with a systematic approach to successfully completing a range of tasks. The ability to work alongside a large team of people is important, and effective communication at all levels is essential. The post requires flexibility, a dynamic approach to work and the ability to adapt. Strong personal resilience, both physically and mentally, are essential.

Starting salary for a full-time post at Band E (points 4-6) is within the range £23,115 to £23,893 per annum, starting point depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salary based on hours and weeks worked calculated as £6,938 to £7,171 per annum subject to any continuous service.
