Administrator – Data Services and Exams
37 hours per week X 52 Weeks Per Year

This is a great opportunity to join our Data Services and Exams (DSE) team, where we put our students at the heart of everything we do. You will support all aspects of a learner's journey from enrolment to achievement.
This is a hybrid role, working on site three days out of five days, there are times during the year where you could possibly be on site all week to meet the needs of the service.
You will develop a range of skills and be involved with a wide variety of tasks to support our students to achieve their potential and you will develop an in-depth of understanding of Further Education funding models. The role is within a large Professional Services team in the College that processes well over 10,000 students' enrolments a year - you will help enter and maintain the timetable and register data for our student’s whist also being involved in the huge number of exams we arrange throughout the academic year.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Complete administrative tasks in the Data Services and Exams team.
- Process student data relating to personal details, enrolment data, timetable and registers
- Support teaching departments by dealing with a variety of requests
- Champion our commitment to putting students first

After your first year, success in this role would mean you have:
- Developed administrative skills in all aspects of your role and gained a detailed knowledge of our Management Information Systems.
- Develop a solid understanding of Further Education funding and how to enrol students accurately based on their circumstances.
- Built Strong working relationships and supported colleagues where possible
