Data Entry Assistant

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Data Entry Assistant based at The University of Wolverhampton.

The Alumni and Development Team (A&D) are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to support the Database Manager in maintaining and updating the accuracy of our CRM database.

This is a full-time, permanent position, which offers hybrid working opportunities upon completion of training in the CRM database.

Data Entry Assistant Role Responsibilities

  • This role will be the first point of contact for many alumni and stakeholders with the University, and we aim to deliver an excellent experience for all.
  • You will be able to work on your own initiative across multiple projects with competing deadlines, while ensuring data integrity is at the heart of all actions. Effective time management skills are a must-have.
  • Additionally, you will have some in-person customer facing opportunities including celebrating graduations with our new alumni, supporting University Open Days and other events.

Data Entry Assistant Role Requirements

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for applicants with strong attention to detail, and an interest in data, data marketing and customer relationship management.

Part of a small team, you will have a high level of accuracy in Data Entry and strong communication & customer service skills in both written and verbal form.
