Morrison Water Services part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, we employ circa 2800 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to build their career within the Water Industry.
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Grab Driver to work on our Yorkshire Water contract in Sheffield.
As a Grab Driver you will be part of our reinstatement department who are responsible for the timely and compliant delivery of all aspects of backfill and reinstatement.
You will ensure health and Safety protocols are carried out at all times. Working in a safe manner with consideration towards fellow workers and members of the public who may come into contact with our works. You will be responsible for the back fill of open excavations. You will carry out on site risk assessments.
Have you gained knowledge and experience of the water industry?
Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?
Have you gained EUSR National Water Hygiene, Clamshell, NRSWA, First aid, EUSR Water SHEA, Manual handling qualifications?
Do you hold a current class 2 (CPS) driving licence? This is essential for this role.
Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
