As a Cluster Accounts Assistant,you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You will be supporting the efficient running of the Finance function whilst assisting in optimising profitability within the business. Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be exceeding expectations and leaving no query unresolved!

You will be supporting across 6 properties within the cluster, which include Brighton, Milton Keynes, Watford and London Heathrow. Your main focus will be Leonardo Hotel London Croydon – this is where your base is. You will be required to travel to the other properties within the cluster on an ad-hoc basis with some overnight stays.

If you our ideal Cluster Accounts Assistant, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Ensure all banking transactions are reconciled and keyed into the financial system
• Audit performance reviews of daily revenue processed
• Participate in the month end accounts processes, ensuring accurate preparation of financial reports
• Support preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and valuation of stock takes at property level and across the cluster
• Ensure effective and timely communication of business performance and opportunities to all levels of management
• Have knowledge or SAP and Opera – don’t worry if not, we can teach you!
