The role of the Data & Gifts Administration Officer is to provide an excellent database and Gift Administration service in support of key activities including fundraising, alumni relations and events. To ensure that records are accurately updated on the University¿s alumni and supporter database (Raiser¿s Edge NXT), donors are thanked promptly for their gifts, and to provide a reliable and informed contact point for other users of the database.
We¿re looking for an outstanding admin professional. You will bring relevant experience of administrative functions in in a busy office environment along with front line with service delivery and the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to provide advice and guidance to a range of customers and colleagues.

You should have a minimum of 3 GCSE (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
