- Support all colleagues through responding to day-to-day enquiries about Salesforce, including oversight and management of their Salesforce account (to include a licences review)
- Work with colleagues to maintain information feed and to make amendments where necessary
- Support their reporting requirements, to include their annual survey - which will be a combination of issuing and collating surveys, data inputting, and supporting colleagues to use external platforms.
- Ensure GDPR compliance is upheld in all of their work
- Support the Membership Manager with data handover (customer data for mailout)
- Update Salesforce dashboard and associated tools (Steady, Mailchimp, etc.) to reflect current membership statistics and income/outgoings. Ensuring that data feeds are accurate and useful.
- Work with the Membership Manager to streamline their use of Salesforce for membership
- Amend 'status' fields on Collect Salesforce lists
- Assist with sending emails to lists through Salesforce, including adding file attachments
- Deliver mass uploads of data from excel to Salesforce (to both existing lists plus creating new lists from excel data)
