An exciting opportunity has arisen for an industrious Data Cleanser / Administrator who will provide unrivalled administrative and data cleansing support support in Glasgow

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks and internal systems
  • Provide high-quality secretarial support to the team
  • Ensure smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update databases to reflect accurate information
  • Support in meeting coordination and minute taking
  • Assist with the preparation of business presentations and reports
  • Handle the processing of expenses and invoices
  • Uphold the company's high standards in all actions and communications

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
