Your purpose & impact:
Estrid is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our data team. With a fully established data warehouse at its core, Estrid is at a pivotal stage where your expertise will be crucial in elevating our data framework to enable the next series of analytics models and reporting. You will play a key role in advancing our data warehouse, enhancing its capabilities to support Estrid’s continuous growth and dynamic needs.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with the data team to refine and enhance the existing data warehouse and data pipeline architecture.

• Advance and optimize our data marts, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable data models.

• Leverage your expertise in Data Engineering and analytics to drive the development of more sophisticated data integrations and analytics solutions.

• Contribute to the improvement of our ETL/ELT processes, focusing on automation, efficiency, and reliability.

• Engage in proactive knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration on advanced SQL, data science, and Data Engineering best practices.

• Champion data governance and data quality initiatives, setting new standards across the organization.

• Promote and advocate for a sophisticated data-driven culture, influencing decision-making processes and strategic directions.
