This company is a specialist in the design, sourcing and wholesale of branded men's and women's footwear. Headquartered in Camden, this newly created role is the product of the company's growing success and plans to expand in the next year.
Your new role
- Updating production dates from reports
- Updating goods received and trackers
- Goods receiving stock into ERP system
- Updating info into ERP system
- Adding new stock lines into the tracker
- Managing delivery and collection bookings and the like with key customers
- Updating new Styleman ERP with event data from excel
- Invoicing customer accounts from ERP system
- Updating shipping event dates
- Overall maintenance of trackers when required.
- Using and manipulating data in these trackers to understand how best to consolidate containers.
- Liaising with our global warehousing staff and managing inbound/outbound of distributor stock from our various warehouses.
- Updating customers with upcoming / ready lines
- Creating manual invoices and packing lists from tracker data
- Announcing stock for payment/collection and chasing where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
- A background in roles which feature data processing / data manipulation & customer service skills.
- Has good organisation
- Strong Excel skills, being able to use 'vlookups' and pivot tables is essential, but knowing when to use them is preferred.
- Good time management skills are essential.
