Key responsibilities: To deal with database workRoom bookingsIT set upsPaying of invoicesGeneral admin; Raising sales invoices; Dealing with customer queries. The role also entails assigning jobs, scheduling the workload and dealing with any queries.Requirement and Attributes:A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.High level of time management and personal organisation.Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills.Data analysis skills.
