This is a structured Data Entry role involving supporting the internal team with administration processes so excellent attention to detail is key in addition to organisation. You will have the opportunity to learn new IT systems in addition to the operations inside a business.

My client are a fast growing business with a hugely supportive working environment so can provide ongoing support to candidates once they start. They have grown strength to strength over recent years and are looking for a excellent individual who will hit the ground running. They work 3 days from home and 2 days in office. You MUST be a driver due to office location or have a commutable distance to the office.

Description

The main responsibilities of the role will include:-

• Uploading a variety of data information onto the system in an accurate manner.
• Processing invoices and corresponding with clients in an efficient way.
• Managing relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with the service they have received.
• Escalating problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution.
• Analysing spreadsheets to extract relevant data.
• Accurate data input, record keeping and report generation.
