Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager at William Blake Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Partners and team in achieving strategic business objectives. You will oversee various aspects of operations, including process development, marketing support, and office management, ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Development and Support:
- Assess existing processes and identify areas for enhancement or optimisation, to include:
- Attraction processes and tools
- Conversion processes
- Service delivery models
- Employee engagement
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines to enhance productivity and quality
- Bullhorn (CRM) SME, developing the use and integration of the system
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a conducive work environment
- Organise and manage regular company events
- Manage regular operational queries from the team
- Input into company CSR strategy and charity activity
- Relationship manager for outsourced services and partners
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, addressing any maintenance needs
Marketing Support:
- Manage social media (LinkedIn)
- Content support for blogs/wider corporate communication
- Market updates (internal and external)
- New starters/anniversaries
- Company events
- Event support for Consultants
- Proactive in suggesting marketing initiatives to drive candidate, client and employee engagement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a recruitment company, ideally 2+ years
- Proactive experience managing and evaluating existing operational strategies and processes
- Experience using data to inform marketing decisions and strategy
- Experience of writing corporate content
- Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Superior organisational skills
- Keen to work in a small business with ambitious growth plans
