Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and updating customer and company information into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong computer skills and an excellent grasp of Data Entry processes. You must have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and company information into the database
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently
- Respond to inquiries and assist with resolving any data-related issues
- Create and update reports as requested by management
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance Data Entry processes and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Data Entry software
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of Data Entry best practices and procedures
- Familiarity with basic web applications and database systems is a plus
