Data Entry / Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Reports to Customer Service Manger
Key Accountabilities
- Data Entry coordinator required to input, update and maintain data held on computer systems relating to sales and client information, using spreadsheets and word processor software.
- Processing call-offs and amending orders.
- Offering first class Customer Service by managing incoming calls and e-mails.
- Resolving customer queries by liaising with various teams including commercial, production, planning, transport and technical.
- Resolving a variety of problems accurately and efficiently.
Key Skills:
- Being able to work accurately under pressure to deadlines.
- Having excellent IT skills and typing speed.
- Effective communicator with the ability to offer clear and concise written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers and internal contacts.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with proficiency at interpreting complex information.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrating a motivation to improve standards and use own initiative in order to make a real difference.
GCSE’s (A-C) including English and Math as a minimum.
