Our client is a leader its sector and you will be based in modern offices close to the M20 offering an excellent working environment. This role is working as a part of the Finance team where you will be supported in your role, once trained you also have the flexibility to work from home for the majority of your week! Here are some details for you:
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Inputting invoices onto the Accounting system
- Updating supplier details including names and addresses
- Setting up payment terms
- Inputting Purchase Order numbers
- Monitoring the Finance inbox and handling emails
- Using Excel
