Job description

Job title: Data Entry Operator Salary: £23,200.00 per annum Location: Hybrid (3 days from home / 2 days in Glasgow Head Office) Contract type: Permanent Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Working Monday-Friday Hours: Mixture of 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm shifts We are advertising this Data Entry Operator role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. City were established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies. Key Responsibilities: Insert client and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within set time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output with field and office based teams
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Create reports and presentations for group departments
The Person: Experience with MS Office and data programs
Typing accuracy and an ability to analyse pervious inputs is essential
An ability to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
