THE ROLE

Sitting within the support functions of Finamply, you’ll be part of a collaborative team who assist our existing Mortgage & Protection Advisers in supporting their clients throughout the remortgage or house buying journey.

With a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as a Data Keying Support, your role is to receive fact-finds of client information from an adviser, then use this information to complete and submit Agreement in Principles (AIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to mortgage lenders for our client base.

With a diverse range of client circumstances, buyer types and access to submit business with over 90 lenders, not every AIP/FMA will be the same, and over time you will become more confident in your role with the experience developed learning on the job.

Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Organisation to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Have a problem-solving attitude to avoid delays on workflow.
  • Able to work within defined business processes.
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently within a team.
  • Awareness and discretion when dealing with personal client data and information.

Whilst some knowledge of the property or financial services sector is advantageous, we're really looking for someone with the right personality and enthusiasm to fill this role.
