Job Title: Data Governance Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Eastleigh – Hybrid Work Environment
Salary: £44,000 - £66,000 Dependent on Experience

Project Manager: Ageas Insurance have an exciting opportunity for a Data Governance Analyst to join our dynamic and passionate Data Governance team.
The Data Governance Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing governance consultancy and support to business functions and facilitates the necessary processes and customers of Data Governance through Data Steward and Stewardship Council engagement.

Here are some of the main responsibilities of Data Governance Analyst opportunity:
Promote and coach good Data Management practice across Ageas.
Liaise, consult and co-operate with existing Governance functions across Ageas.
Data Quality analysis and remediation, including value capture.
Enriching and Validating meta data across Ageas.
Proactive support of the Data Literacy initiatives with a focus upon embedding a data-led culture across Ageas.

Here are some of the skills, knowledge and experience required to be successful in the Data Governance Analyst opportunity:
Exceptional Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all functions and work levels.
Data Management experience within a highly regulated environment.
Application of governance techniques and practices across various data sources across structured or unstructured data
Data Integration, Data lineage, or Data lifecycle understanding
Experience working with a Data Governance system such as One Trust is desirable.
