We are currently looking for a Data Governance Manager to join our team based out of our Bradford office.
The role will be to build and maintain a robust Data Governance framework within the business, ensuring that targets for data quality are being met, and where areas for improvement are identified appropriate corrective action is carried out.
Essential role functions include but are not limited to:
- Implement and own a system for monitoring, and where areas for improvement are identified, work with relevant stakeholders in the business to bring that data up to standard
- Provide regular updates on data quality, any related issues and corrective action being undertaken.
- Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory standards and best practice relating to Data Governance and data quality.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working in a role involving the development of Data Governance in a PRA and/or FCA regulated organisation. Previous insurance experience would be advantageous but not essential.
