Personal Assistant to Group Managing Director
Position: Personal Assistant/Executive
Salary: £35k-£45k
Location: Offenham nr Evesham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Work from Home: 1 -2 day a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group Managing Director's calendar, ensuring effective time management.
- Organise complex travel itineraries, optimising cost-effectiveness.
- Prioritise and filter incoming calls and emails, keeping the Director informed.
- Refine documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organise meeting materials and ensure thorough briefing and preparation.
- Capture meeting actions and follow up as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Prioritise tasks for smooth daily operations.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Manage office administration and service providers.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum two years' experience supporting at Director level.
High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally with relevant qualifications.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in report and presentation creation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Commitment to upholding confidentiality with personal integrity.
