SalaryDo you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting at board level, as well as a professional and proactive approach to work? You will enjoy a complex and varied role, you will predominantly be providing support to multiple directors. Your role could include but would not be limited to;
- Complex diary management, ensuring time is maximised
- Coordinating complex international travel
- Preparing and submitting expenses
- Drafting correspondences and high quality presentations
- Undertaking assignments which are highly confidential
- Working collaboratively with the EA to the CEO
- Liaising across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will have solid experience working as either an EA or PA, at a c-suite level. You will be a confident, calm individual who has strong organisational and administration capability and a positive attitude towards work. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
