Responsibilities:
- Provide support to senior associates, ensuring ad-hoc tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Prepare personal tax returns for a dedicated client list.
- Develop skills in handling tax issues and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Gather information for client tax returns to assist senior associates and managers in compliance tasks.
- Conduct research on specific tax areas and assist in the preparation of tax advice.
- Verify client bank details and process payments on our internal system.
- Attend tax technical meetings.
Requirements:
- Willingness to pursue ATT-CTA qualifications with supported on-the-job training.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under time-sensitive deadlines.
