My Client now has an opportunity not to be missed to join as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of the company. They are a very well established business who are growing year on year and the right candidate will benefit from their brand new, modern offices.
The successful candidate will take on an important new role in the executive function, supporting the senior executives of the Group.
Key responsibilities for the role are:
- Acting as first point of contact for senior executives
- Diary management and coordination
- Organisation of travel itinerary and logistics
- Providing meeting support, including planning and pack / report preparation
- Arranging & participating in meetings and events, booking venues, equipment, etc
- Producing / editing presentations using PowerPoint
- Overseeing office and HR administrative duties
- Managing Investor Relations inbox and other inbound requests to the Executive team
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organisational skills, able to deal with an ever changing, fast paced environment
- Be diligent, pragmatic, and trustworthy
- Have previous experience in PA or EA position
- Be experienced in preparing presentations using Powerpoint
- Be financially literate
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
