Contract Type This is a full time (37.5 hours) permanent role, but we are always happy to talk flexible working)
Salary: Circa £34,000

Norwich Theatre is one of the leading arts organisations in the UK and the largest in the East of England, encompassing the historic Theatre Royal, the creative hub Stage Two, and the intimate mid-scale Playhouse. We present, produce and co-create a vibrant programme of live performance and creative engagement activities to entertain, enrich and inspire audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and we work with national and international partners to ensure we bring the very best theatre to our region.
We are an independent not-for-profit charity with no regular public funding, and rely on a share of ticket sales, one-off grants, fundraising/membership schemes and other commercial activities to deliver the work we do both on stage and in communities.
About the role
Are you passionate about data, adore analysing information and love developing reports, dashboards and insights?
We are looking for an Insights and Impact Manager who will work with the Head of Campaigns to devise and deliver our Data, Insights and Impact strategy, to ensure the deepest understanding of audiences, participants and visitors and measure the impact of our output, helping us to deliver on our vision and achieve our overall strategic objectives.
About you
With experience of developing data insights and analysis and making recommendations to maximise sales, income and engagement, you will have technical experience of managing CRM data, including skills in data cleansing and data selection
A strong understanding of data visualisation and BI tools and experience creating and presenting a narrative around research, together with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be key for this role.
