Job Description:
As a Senior Power BI Developer at [Your Company Name], you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using Power BI. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in shaping our data analytics strategy and delivering high-impact insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Visualization: Create interactive and meaningful Data Visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate and preprocess data from various sources for reporting and analytics.
- Data Modeling: Develop data models to support data analysis, ensuring data accuracy and performance in Power BI.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Data Exploration: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, data models, and best practices.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Must have:
- Power BI
Good to have:
MSSTR experience, Data Modelling , Data Engineering on AWS , Snowflake.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including Data Visualization, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries, such as finance or healthcare, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with other Data Visualization tools and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Banking domain experience is mandatory
English language fluent is required
