JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using Power BI. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in shaping our data analytics strategy and delivering high-impact insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization: Create interactive and meaningful data visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate and preprocess data from various sources for reporting and analytics.
• Data Modeling: Develop data models to support data analysis, ensuring data accuracy and performance in Power BI.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Data Exploration: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, data models, and best practices.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Must Have: Power BI

Good to Have: MSSTR experience, Datamodelling, Data Engineering on AWS, Snowflake.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization, data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries, such as finance or healthcare, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
