Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef - Hotel and Restaurant - Nr Ilchester - Live-out - £30K - £37K Package (inc tips).

We are thrilled to be recruiting for an additional Chef to join our client's team. Our client is now on the look out for an accomplished chef to join the team in this contemporary style restaurant within a fantastic small hotel working as Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Sous Chef (Neg). 

We are looking for a chef who is classically trained, passionate about food and service and has experience of working in fine dining pubs and/or restaurants, preferably with some AA Rosette experience. Ideally you will have worked for minimum 2 years at Chef de Partie level or above. You should be enthusiastic, motivated and have drive to produce exceptional plates of food. You will have a good repertoire of dishes, understand the importance of using the finest seasonal produce available, have confidence in your own cooking ability and enjoy contributing to menus design. 

Our client is seeking consistency to build on their already excellent reputation and are looking for a chef with a desire to progress. You should have some experience of health and hygiene practices, be a good communicator, work well in a team environment and have the ability to organise a smooth running of a section.

The restaurant caters for very approximately 20-40 covers for lunches, up to 80 covers for dinner (during busy times) and can accommodate in the region of 100 covers for Sunday lunch.
