SalaryOur client, a leading Regional Law firm requires a Data Protection and Information Governance Lawyer in their Regulatory, Public and Commercial Disputes team. This is a 12 month contract, 37 hours per week. 50% the office in a two week period. Day to day work load will include
- Advice on and acting in disputes re breach of UK DP law.
- responding to personal data breaches and cyber incidents
- Preparing and advising on communications with the Information Commissioner
- all aspects of DSARS
- Advice and acting in relation to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003
- FOI matters
