Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with experience of roofing and / or construction product sales to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting targets and enhancing the existing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Work through hot leads that we will provide and advance the existing database of opportunities through the pipeline
- Conduct market research and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilise Hubspot CRM software to track sales activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales of building or construction materials, preferably roofing or metal roofing products. You may have sold Corrugated, Zinc, Steel, Tile or Similar roof products. You should have a track record of meeting and regularly exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Evidence of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM systems is advantageous

Pay: £20,311.02-£82,891.76 per year
