Key Responsibilities: Data Management and Analysis: Manage, analyse, and report on EMIS practice and patient data. Ensure up-to-date clinical codes in EMIS templates for accurate activity capture. Collaborate with the Primary Care Information Manager at Cornerstone Surgery Bolton on analytics workstreams. Contract Compliance: Analyse and report against DES, LES, and prevalence specifications for successful PCN contract delivery. Increase EMIS usage efficiency at Practice and PCN levels. Relationship Building: Build high-trust relationships with Local EMIS Teams, Practice-based Clinicians, Community-based Clinicians, and Public Health England. Analytics and Reporting: Develop consent requests for PCN data and process information in line with Cornerstone Surgery Bolton's protocols. Fulfil reporting requirements aligned with Primary Care Analytics team objectives. Stakeholder Consultation: Consult Cornerstone Surgery Bolton's key stakeholders on Data Quality, offering support and advice as needed. Funding and Project Support: Provide necessary analytics and business information to secure funding for new initiatives. Map new projects to confirm viability. Experience in developing templates, protocols, and building searches in EMIS web. Experience of working in primary care setting. Qualifications: Essential: GCSE English & Mathematics or equivalent.
