Position Overview:
Need to display evidence of past work in problem management / proactive problem management, which would be beneficial.
Should have prior experience in Service Management or Problem Management.
Should also demonstrate proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow as a data source to derive metrics and views. Furthermore, they should possess the capability to design dashboards and generate reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense.•
Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using ServiceNow, Power BI, and QlikSense.
o Develop and deploy dashboards and reports.
o Integrate data from various sources.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Maintain and support BI platforms.
o Develop and execute queries.
o Ensure data security and compliance.
• Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
o Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures
o Proven BI development experience with ServiceNow expertise.
o Familiarity with relational databases.
o Proficiency in data modeling and reporting tools.
o Certifications (preferred): ITIL, ITSM, V3, SCRUM, PMP.
• Skills: JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
