We are looking for a Database Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and compliance of the Customer Relationship Management data, in this remote working role.
Position: 2400 Database Manager
Location: Homebased
Salary: £28,341 - £32,522 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per week (full time)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As Database Manager, your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the database architecture and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in every detail. Beyond the technical aspects, you will serve as a bridge between data and impact, helping colleagues interpret and leverage information to tell compelling stories.
Your work will be pivotal in understanding and stewarding supporters and partners, enabling the organisation to raise funds more effectively. By optimising the data management practices, you will contribute directly to the success of the services across the country, making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and families.

About You
We're seeking a Database Manager with a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or substantial relevant experience. Ideally, you have experience with Raisers Edge or a similar CRM product, showcasing familiarity with efficient database systems.
Your excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and keen attention to detail will be essential.
