The Role

• Run the Day Centre on a day-to-day basis and its resources.
• Lead a team to provide day care which promotes the wellbeing of residents by providing as wide a range of services as possible.
• Work with other professionals to develop a specialist Day Centre
• Market the Centre to potential residents
• Maintain effective communication with residents, relatives, carers, and other members of the public.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within the care sector
• Experience of leading a team
