Day Concierge

Your Role

We are looking for a Day Concierge who can commit to a 16 hour contract. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and need people to work a range of shifts and days, this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

The Day Concierge roles at Affinity Living will work closely with management to ensure the building runs effortlessly whilst delivering the best experience to the residents that live with us. It is essential that the building is always prepared for visitors, so we are ready to showcase the site.

Each member of the Day Concierge team should be passionate about getting to know the residents and wanting to deliver the best experience for them whether that be through a daily chat or silent service via building standards. It is essential to have initiative so you can identify tasks that need completing without needing consistent direction as well as having great time-management skills.

You should be well presented, have high personal standards and have a good standard of communication in English.

Job Duties

- Completing Administrative tasks including handling tenancies

- First point of contact for all residents

- Answering questions/problems from residents, ensuring their needs are met

- Moving residents in and out/completing inventory’s

- Responsible for the building

- In charge of organising parcels for the residents

- Maintaining building standards; cleaning, organising, and restocking.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
