Position:Day Concierge

Location: Palace View SE1

Working Hours: 4on 4off 0700-1900

Salary:   £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Development Details:

Palace View is a luxury development comprising of 55 private residential homes. The development has onsite residents facilities such as a gym, cinema and car park. This will be a work alone site.

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.

• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.

• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
