You may already have experience of enabling or providing care, but it’s not essential. For this vital role your life experience is just as important as work experience. But most importantly, you’ll demonstrate our core values, showing empathy and compassion and share our commitment to enabling people to lead full and active lives. As a strong team player, you must have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people. With a ‘can do’ approach, you’ll enjoy thinking creatively and inspiring others to engage. Sound basic IT and accurate information recording skills are also essential.
