KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the contractmanagement team in the delivery and ongoingdevelopment of our service solutionsystems, identifying service improvementopportunities.• Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliancewith all Health & Safety legislation.• Rostering of Cleaningand facilityPlacemakers to ensure that all sites are manned to contractual requirements and covering any sickness or planned absences.• Ensure all documents such as Audits, COSHH, H&S and SOPs etc. are completed, kept up to date and reviewed at appropriate times.• Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of frontline Placemakers.• Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way.• Ensure all customer queries / complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure.• Ensure all relevant periodic reporting and required paperwork and administration is completed on time.• Ensuring rigorous cost control within agreed plans, such as expenditure in materials, consumable, pay and agency labour usage.• Maximise additional revenue opportunities such as extra cover and ad hoc work, as well as margin improvement opportunities through price reviews and additionalservices.• Ensure effective supervision and management of staff within your control.• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures in relation to recruitment, absence management disciplinary procedures.
