Procure Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an innovative and industry leading automotive business located in their search for a Dealership Manager. Our client is a business that has gone from strength to strength and now leads the market in their field.
The purpose of the role is to achieve customer satisfaction by pro actively liaising with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met in an efficient and profitable way, and securing authorisation and payment for the work undertaken.
Their is a high performing team to lead, which consists of around fifteen team member, all delivering a different function.
This role is crucial as it is the point of contact for our service customers both face to face and over the telephone.
Key responsibilities include
- Liaising with customers over the phone and at the service desk in reference to
- Workshop enquiries
- Invoice queries
- Customer complaints
- Technical support to workshop and customers
- Maintain diagnostic equipment
- Review and assist in achieving the depots KPI’s
Management responsibilities
- Ensure relevant work instructions are followed and in compliance with all Company Policies
- Ensure that succession plans and suitable training & career development plans are in place for the team, by identifying, planning and booking relevant training to ensure dealer standards are met.
- Ensure sufficient coverage for holiday, sickness or unexpected absence
