Based in London and operating on a hybrid basis, the organisation has a significant national influence collaborating with over 200 partners and shaping policies & strategies that impact numerous industries across the UK.
Description
Your day-to-day will include:
- Provision of legal advice on financing & capital markets transactions
- Advising on the management of the business' portfolio
- Support on ad hoc legal queries including public law, disputes, subsidies, procurement, regulatory, and general corporate / commercial matters
- Instructing internal and external stakeholders including Government agencies
- Managing external counsel
- Improving transaction processes, know-how, and training.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A legal qualification within England & Wales with at least 2+ years post qualification experience
- A strong understanding of Debt Finance Products
- The ability to commute into the office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
