Part time - 20 hours per week over 5 days (4 hours per day)

3-month contract (opportunity to go permanent)

23k per annum (pro rata)

- Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Follow legal requirements and company policies when pursuing debt collection
- Utilize various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and letters, to reach debtors
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective debt collection strategies

Skills:
- Strong data entry skills for accurately recording collection activities
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate with debtors
- Ability to analyze financial information and develop appropriate collection strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with debtors
