Debt Recovery Executive

They are looking for a skilled Debt Recovery Executive to play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. Key responsibilities:

As a Debt Recovery Executive you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing the end-to-end Debt Recovery process, with full autonomous management of your own portfolio of clients in all sectors.
• Negotiating fair and affordable repayment plans and settlements with debtors.
• Utilising effective communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Responsibility for bringing in fees and working collaboratively to achieve the department's billing target.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a Debt Recovery role, preferably in a legal setting but open to commercial backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of Debt Recovery processes and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in a corporate manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• A proactive and results driven approach.

Desirable:

• A passion for client service, with proven experience of working in a business-to-business setting previously.
• A drive to progress and develop within the company long term.
