Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a flourishing Debt Recovery team within the Costs department. The role will see you manage your own caseload, which will include issuing Part 8 proceedings, Court applications, credit control and enforcement of legal damages, costs and disbursements.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a vast amount of hands-on experience and knowledge of Debt recovery. You will have strong negotiation skills and excellent knowledge and experience of Debt recovery enforcement proceedings, including recovery of damages and costs of breached agreements.
