Debt Recovery Fee Earner

A leading boutique law firm in Manchester is seeking a dedicated paralegal to join their esteemed Debt Recovery team. This role not only offers exposure to high-profile clients in the several sectors but also promises excellent long-term career prospects, such as Solicitors Apprenticeship Scheme or Training Contracts
Applications are welcome from candidates who also have experience involving Section 8 and 21 possession, issuing claims, enforcement, etc.
Responsibilities:
The successful paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting partners and solicitors by managing all aspects of debt-related claims. This includes inputting information into the system, raising claims/invoices, and maintaining client liaison. With a focus on serving large businesses, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight timeframes are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

• Manage a caseload with a diverse range of clients.
• Develop procedural, tactical, and commercial awareness.
• Utilize CPR and online legal research resources.
• Act as a confident negotiator with debtors, adapting strategies as needed.
